Mancera Trio For Him – Discovery Set

Mancera is known for loud, long-lasting fragrances, and this trio covers the three styles a man is most likely to reach for: a fresh one, a woody one and a dark one, each with oud somewhere inside.

Aoud Lemon Mint is the freshest: lemon, almond, black pepper and coriander, then mint and jasmine over oud and patchouli, with vanilla, amber, leather and vetiver in the base. Intense Cedrat Boise, the extrait version of Cedrat Boise, opens on Sicilian citruses, black currant and spices, turns to leather, sandalwood and oud, and settles on oakmoss, ambergris and vanilla. Red Tobacco is the loudest: cinnamon, saffron, nutmeg, incense and oud with apple and pear, then patchouli and jasmine over tobacco, vanilla, amber and woods.

What does the Mancera Trio For Him smell like?

Three Mancera fragrances from fresh to dark. Aoud Lemon Mint (Eau de Parfum, 2016) is lemon and mint over oud, patchouli and leather. Intense Cedrat Boise (Extrait de Parfum, 2021) is woody and leathery, citrus and black currant over leather, sandalwood and oud, closing on oakmoss and ambergris. Red Tobacco (Eau de Parfum, 2017) is spiced and dense: cinnamon, saffron, incense and oud over sweet tobacco and vanilla.

How long do they last, and how strong is the projection?

Intense Cedrat Boise is an Extrait de Parfum, the strongest concentration in the box; Aoud Lemon Mint and Red Tobacco are Eaux de Parfum. Red Tobacco projects hardest, and one or two sprays is enough indoors. Skin, application and weather all change how long they last and how far they carry; three decants let you compare them over several wears.

When and where should I wear them?

Aoud Lemon Mint's lemon and mint make it the one for warm days. Intense Cedrat Boise moves from the office to an evening out, and Fragrantica voters wear it in spring, autumn and summer more than in winter. Red Tobacco is for cold weather, dinners and nights out.
