That is their estimate, not our measurement — we say so rather than dressing it up, because we have not yet delivered enough parcels here to have a figure of our own worth publishing.
Once 5 parcels have been delivered here we will replace that estimate with our own measured average, whether it flatters us or not.
Both figures are business days. Weekends are not transit, and an order placed on a Saturday is poured on the Monday.
Who carries it
We hand the parcel to Pošta Slovenije, who carry it out of Slovenia and pass it to MaltaPost for the last leg inside Malta. One tracking number covers both halves: the link in your dispatch email follows it the whole way, and MaltaPost’s own tracking site will recognise the same number once the parcel enters their network.
