Shipping to Poland
Polska
Poland is a large country reached overland through Czechia or Slovakia, so the transit band is genuinely longer than the neighbours rather than a hedge. Poczta Polska handles the domestic leg and its eMonitoring tracking is unusually detailed once the parcel is in the country. Poland uses the złoty, so your bank converts the euro total.
What it costs to ship to Poland
The same rate as every other EU destination, near or far. Distance changes how long it takes, never what it costs.

How long it takes, and how we know
The first part is ours: we dispatch within 24 hours, and we measure it rather than assume it — across 18 orders, the median time from placing an order to handing it to Pošta Slovenije is 1 business day. Decants are poured to order, so that time is the pouring, labelling and packing — not a shelf.
The second part is the carrier’s: Poczta Polska and Pošta Slovenije between them quote 4–6 business days for this route. That is their estimate, not our measurement — we say so rather than dressing it up, because we have not yet delivered enough parcels here to have a figure of our own worth publishing.
Once 5 parcels have been delivered here we will replace that estimate with our own measured average, whether it flatters us or not.
Both figures are business days. Weekends are not transit, and an order placed on a Saturday is poured on the Monday.
Who carries it
We hand the parcel to Pošta Slovenije, who carry it out of Slovenia and pass it to Poczta Polska for the last leg inside Poland. One tracking number covers both halves: the link in your dispatch email follows it the whole way, and Poczta Polska’s own tracking site will recognise the same number once the parcel enters their network.
Poczta Polska runs pickup points and parcel lockers, and will normally divert a parcel to the nearest one rather than return it if nobody is home. A decant is small enough that a locker is never a problem.
Delivery to Poland — questions
Is there any risk of the vials leaking on a longer route?
Every decant ships in a sealed atomiser inside a leak-proof bag with absorbent material, which is what the longer routes are packed for. If anything does arrive damaged, photograph it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace or refund it — the distance is our problem, not yours.
