Nishane batch codes, explained
Nishane batch searches often start with Hacivat or Ani and a short number on the packaging. Our recorded Hacivat bottle has the code 013754, but six digits alone do not tell us a production year. This guide helps you preserve the right number, avoid a false date reading and take an unresolved question to Nishane.

What the characters mean
Collected examples include six-digit numeric references such as 013754 and 002782. We have no validated date key for these numbers; a familiar-looking sequence is not a production date.
Why we stop there:
We have numeric code examples but no independently validated mapping to production dates. Reading a calendar date into the digits would be a guess.
Nishane: keep the leading zeros
Our Hacivat stock record contains 013754; an owner report for Fan Your Flames gives 002782. Record all six digits, including the initial zeros. These are examples of reported references, not a date table or proof that every Nishane bottle follows one layout.
Do not turn a number into a month and year just because it resembles one. The digits alone do not establish a production date, and a number beside a barcode or a distributor address may identify something else. Copy the marking on the bottle and the box separately before comparing them.
If your Hacivat or Ani code cannot be dated
This checker intentionally returns guidance for Nishane. An unreadable or unlisted code is not a counterfeit finding. Keep clear photographs of the bottle base, box markings and full packaging, together with the fragrance name, size and purchase details.
Nishane publishes an official contact form and customer contact details. Ask the house about the specific item if a seller cannot explain its markings. We cannot promise that the house will date a code or authenticate a bottle from photographs.

Is Hacivat commonly faked?
Popular niche fragrances attract counterfeiters, and Hacivat is popular; we know of no figure for how often it is faked. The tells people check are physical: cap weight and fit, the crispness of the printing on the box, and the evenness of the atomiser spray. Where you bought it matters more than any of them.
Does Nishane use the same code across a whole production run?
We cannot tell you, and that is the honest answer. With one bottle per fragrance in front of us we have no way to see whether two bottles of the same scent differ — which is exactly the comparison that would reveal whether the number tracks a batch or a product.
Is a six-digit Nishane code a manufacture date?
We have no validated date key for those references. Keep leading zeros and do not interpret a date-like sequence as a month and year. An unsupported code is a limit of this checker, not a counterfeit finding.
