Your link is fragnatium.com/go/yourname and your code is YOURNAME, both short enough to type or say out loud. In your dashboard you can make more links, to any page of the shop. You choose your code's discount there too.

Post about the decants you like, honestly and labelled as a paid partnership. Put your link in your bio, caption or story, and mention your code.

Every order through your link or code earns you a share of its profit, and so do later orders from customers you brought in. Your dashboard shows each one, and we pay monthly.

On an order with your code, the discount you chose comes off the share, as in the example order.

Who can apply?
Anyone aged 18 or over who posts about fragrance and lives in an EU country we ship to. There is no follower minimum: we look at whether your content fits and whether your audience cares about fragrance. If you already have a Fragnatium account, sign in first, then apply; if not, applying creates one.
How do people find my link?
Your link looks like fragnatium.com/go/yourname: short enough for your bio, a caption, a story link sticker or a video description, and to say out loud or show on screen. Typed into a browser, it works the same as a tap. In your dashboard you can also make links to any page of the shop, such as the decant you are talking about.
Does the link work if they don't buy straight away?
Yes. After someone follows your link, an order they place within 30 days on the same device and browser is credited to you. And once they have ordered through you, their later orders count for you too, for 180 days after each order, even when they come back without the link, unless another creator brought them to us first.
What if someone types the shop address directly?
Then the order is credited to you only if they enter your code at checkout, followed your link in the last 30 days on that device, or are a returning customer of yours (an order through you in the last 180 days). That is why it pays to share your code as well as your link. A code comes first: the creator whose code is used gets the order, whatever link the customer followed before. Without a code, the most recent creator link counts.
Do my followers get a discount?
Yes, with your code. You choose its discount, from 5% to 15% off, in your dashboard, and can change it once every 24 hours. The discount comes out of your share of that order, never below zero: we work out your share as if the code had not been used, then take the discount off it. Each customer can use your code once. Their later orders still count for you, with no discount and the full share. It works on sale items, including our discovery sets, and together with our own campaign codes. It doesn't work on sets you build yourself. Orders through your link have no discount and earn the full share. Please don't promise more than your code gives.
What counts as profit?
What the customer paid for the decants, plus any shipping they paid, minus four costs: the perfume in the order, the postage, the packaging and the payment fee. We don't take out rent, wages or advertising. If one of our own sales is running, profit is worked out on the sale price. If an order makes no profit, which can happen with a single small decant sent far away, the share on it is zero.
When and how am I paid?
Each order's share becomes available 30 days after the order is paid, so most returns come in first. On the payout day shown above we pay everything available once it reaches the minimum; smaller balances roll over and nothing expires. Choose PayPal, a bank transfer, or store credit worth 20% more.
What if an order is refunded?
If an order is refunded before its share is paid, the share is removed. A partial refund, including a refunded shipping charge, makes the share smaller. A refund can also arrive after you have been paid; then the amount comes off a later payout. If you were paid in store credit, only the share comes off, not the extra credit.
What do you ask of creators?
Say it's a paid partnership every time, with your platform's label. Be honest about what you smell. Call it a decant, not a sample. Keep your link for your own audience: no coupon or deal sites, no ads bidding on our name, and orders you place yourself never earn a share. The same goes for your code: keep it off coupon and deal sites, and don't use it yourself.
Does your link set a cookie?
Yes. Following your link sets a first-party cookie on the visitor's device for 30 days, so the order can be credited to you. It holds only a reference to the click, never a name or an email. Our cookie and privacy policies describe it.
What about tax?
Declaring what you earn is your responsibility, and we can't give tax advice. Before your first payout we ask for your legal name, your address and whether you are paid as a private person or a business. Every payout comes with a numbered statement you can keep as a record.
