Every decant is poured to order, so nothing sits on a shelf waiting: orders are poured, labelled, packed and handed to Pošta Slovenije within 24 hours. Orders placed at a weekend are poured on the next working day. Yes. We source only from authorised distributors and original bottles. Every decant is prepared in a controlled environment and sealed for freshness.

We want you to find at least one scent you love from your first order. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or leaks in transit, email us with your order number and we'll replace it free — no return needed. If a fragrance just isn't for you, write to us anyway; we'll help you pick a better next try (store credit, swap suggestions, or decant recommendations). Because each decant is a sealed liquid product, hygiene rules mean we can't physically take an opened decant back — but that doesn't mean you're on your own. Just get in touch.

We ship to all 27 European Union countries and nowhere else — not the UK, Switzerland or Norway, and nothing outside Europe.
