Shipping to the Netherlands
Nederland
The Netherlands is reached overland through Austria and Germany, and PostNL is one of the more predictable last-mile carriers we hand to — its delivery windows are narrow and its tracking updates promptly. Dutch addresses need the house number as well as the street; PostNL will not deliver without it.
What it costs to ship to the Netherlands
The same rate as every other EU destination, near or far. Distance changes how long it takes, never what it costs.

How long it takes, and how we know
The first part is ours: we dispatch within 24 hours, and we measure it rather than assume it — across 18 orders, the median time from placing an order to handing it to Pošta Slovenije is 1 business day. Decants are poured to order, so that time is the pouring, labelling and packing — not a shelf.
The second part is the carrier’s: PostNL and Pošta Slovenije between them quote 3–5 business days for this route. That is their estimate, not our measurement — we say so rather than dressing it up, because we have not yet delivered enough parcels here to have a figure of our own worth publishing.
Once 5 parcels have been delivered here we will replace that estimate with our own measured average, whether it flatters us or not.
Both figures are business days. Weekends are not transit, and an order placed on a Saturday is poured on the Monday.
Who carries it
We hand the parcel to Pošta Slovenije, who carry it out of Slovenia and pass it to PostNL for the last leg inside the Netherlands. One tracking number covers both halves: the link in your dispatch email follows it the whole way, and PostNL’s own tracking site will recognise the same number once the parcel enters their network.
PostNL runs pickup points and parcel lockers, and will normally divert a parcel to the nearest one rather than return it if nobody is home. A decant is small enough that a locker is never a problem.
Delivery to the Netherlands — questions
What should I put in the address fields?
Street and house number on the address line, and the postcode in its real format — four digits, a space, two letters. PostNL routes on the postcode and house number combination rather than the street name, so a missing house number is the single most common reason a Dutch parcel stalls.
How much is shipping to the Netherlands?
Tracked delivery to the Netherlands costs 5,90 € on any order, then free over 39 €. Every order is tracked, and the price at checkout is the whole cost — there are no customs charges or handling fees inside the EU.
How long does delivery to the Netherlands take?
Typically 3–7 business days from order to doorstep: our own dispatch time, which we measure, plus the carrier's published transit estimate. Pošta Slovenije carries the parcel and PostNL makes the final delivery.
