One rate covers the whole EU, whether the parcel is going an hour over the border or to Cyprus. It gets cheaper as the order gets bigger.

What happens after you order

We pour it
Nothing is decanted in advance, so nothing sits on a shelf losing its top notes. Your order is measured from a full, genuine bottle after you place it, labelled with the fragrance and the source bottle’s batch code, and sealed in a leak-proof bag.

We hand it to Pošta Slovenije
Within 24 hours of your order — and we check it rather than assume it: across the 21 orders we have shipped, the median time from order to dispatch is 1 business day.

Your country’s post delivers it
Pošta Slovenije carries the parcel to your country and hands it to the national postal operator — Hrvatska pošta, Poste Italiane, Correos, whoever it is where you are — for the last leg. Your country’s page names the carrier and links its tracking.

You can watch it the whole way
Every order is tracked, with the number in your dispatch email. There is no cheaper untracked option, deliberately: an untracked parcel has no proof of delivery, which leaves you with no protection if it goes missing.

Delivery times combine our own measured dispatch time with the carrier’s transit estimate for that country. Where enough parcels have actually landed somewhere, we use what we measured instead — the country page says which of the two you are looking at.
Customs, and where we don’t ship
Inside the European Union a parcel from Slovenia is an internal shipment: no declaration, no import VAT, no handling fee, and the price at checkout is the entire cost of getting the order to you. That is the promise the rest of this page is built on, and inside the EU it holds without exception.
That is why we stop at the EU border. For a short time we shipped to twelve European countries outside the customs union and then withdrew them: a decant sent there travels as an import, and the destination can add VAT and a carrier clearance fee that together cost more than the fragrance — charges we can neither collect at checkout nor predict for you. Selling something at a price that turns out not to be the price is not a trade worth making.
So if your country is not offered at checkout, that is deliberate rather than an oversight — better than taking your money and failing later. The United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and the Western Balkans all sit outside the union, and none of them is served.
Shipping questions
Which countries do you ship to?
All 27 European Union member states, and nowhere else. Every one is tracked. We do not ship outside the EU — not to the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Norway — because beyond the customs union a decant is an import that can meet a VAT charge and a carrier clearance fee we cannot collect or predict at checkout. Inside the EU the total you see is the total you pay, and that is worth more to us than the extra markets.
Will I pay customs or import charges?
No. Every country we ship to is inside the EU customs union, so a parcel from Slovenia is an internal shipment — no declaration, no import VAT, no handling fee — and the total at checkout is the entire cost of getting the order to you. That is the reason the list stops at the EU border rather than covering the map.
How quickly do you dispatch an order?
Every decant is poured to order, so nothing sits on a shelf waiting: orders are poured, labelled, packed and handed to Pošta Slovenije within 24 hours. Orders placed at a weekend are poured on the next working day.
Is every order tracked?
Yes, and there is no cheaper untracked option. Tracking costs us a couple of euros a parcel and we considered offering a version without it — but an untracked parcel has no proof of delivery, which means no protection for you if it goes missing and no way for us to prove it arrived. On something as small and easily mislaid as a decant, that is the wrong saving. Your dispatch email carries the tracking number.
What happens if a decant leaks or arrives damaged?
Photograph it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund it. Every decant travels in a sealed atomiser inside a leak-proof bag with absorbent material, which is why this is rare — but the longer routes exist and distance is our problem, not something we pass on to you.
Is shipping cheaper in Slovenia?
Yes — it is the country we decant in, so there is no international leg to pay for. Tracked delivery to Slovenia costs 3,49 € on any order, then free over 35 €. Every order is tracked, and the price at checkout is the whole cost — there are no customs charges or handling fees inside the EU.
