These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of fragnatium.com (the “Website”) and the purchase of products.
By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Products – Perfume Decants
We sell perfume decants, which are:
- Smaller quantities of original fragrances
- Manually transferred from original bottles into new atomizers
- Intended for personal testing or personal use only
Important clarification:
- We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the original perfume brands
- All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners
- Product images are for illustrative purposes only
2. Eligibility to Purchase
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
- The information you provide is accurate and complete
3. Prices and Taxes
- All prices are displayed in EUR (€)
- Prices do not include VAT (seller is not VAT liable under applicable thresholds), or
Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
A contract is formed when:
- You place an order through the Website, and
- You receive an order confirmation email
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel orders due to stock limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraud
- Limit quantities per customer
5. Payment Methods
We accept payments via:

- PayPal
Payments are processed securely by third-party providers.
We do not store your full payment details.
6. Shipping and Delivery
- Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout
- Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed
- We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)
7.1 General Rule
Under EU law, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts.
7.2 Exception – Hygiene-Sensitive Goods
The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to:
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery.
Perfume decants fall under this category.
➡️ Therefore:
- If the decant is opened or used, returns are not accepted
- If the product is sealed and unused, contact us immediately upon receipt

8. Refunds
Refunds may be issued only if:
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- The wrong product was delivered
- The item was returned unopened and unused (where applicable)
Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
9. Complaints and Defective Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

10. Liability Disclaimer
- Products are sold for personal use only
- We are not responsible for allergic reactions or improper use
- Always check ingredient information provided by the original manufacturer
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or technical outages.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Slovenian courts.
