Mancera Roses Vanille opens with Italian lemon, a short, bright citrus that lifts the first minutes before the rose arrives.
Turkish rose is the heart, and as the only heart note it is the whole middle of the fragrance: full and powdery, sweetened by the vanilla underneath almost from the start. Pierre Montale composed it in 2011.
Vanilla, white musk and cedar make the base, soft and powdery rather than gourmand, with the cedar keeping the sweetness in check.
